Participants must wear closed in shoes (shoes can be hired for a small fee). Long hair should be tied back and jewellery that could become caught should be removed.

- Is it Safe?

As the High Ropes Course is a physically challenging aerial ropes course there is a risk element. Participants are responsible for attaching their harness to the safety system. To alleviate this risk, participants are provided with comprehensive safety training, a helmet and a harness. If you fall your safety harness will catch you.

- How long does it take?

The entire circuit takes approximately 30 minutes to complete depending on the experience and ability of the participant.

- What happens if I get stuck?

Our qualified staff are always available to assist you as required. They are able to safely lower you to the ground should you decide that you do not wish to complete the course.

- Do you need to be fit?

A reasonable level of fitness is needed as it is a physical activity, however anyone able to climb a rope ladder should give it a go.

- Is it still open in bad weather?

Yes, the High Ropes Course is open year round. It will only be closed in extreme weather conditions such as high winds or very heavy rain. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
