There are first aid facilities onsite for the qualified staff to use.

As the park's patronage fluctuates throughout the year, the opening and closing hours change to accommodate for the seasonal demand. Please visit our opening hours page for further information.

- Can I waterslide for a couple of hours instead of buying an All Day ticket or Session pass?
-
A Session pass features Watersliding for a particular time slot. These time slots vary throughout the year but are always a minimum of three hours. If wanting to use the Waterslides you must purchase a Session ticket or All day ticket as we do not sell tickets for Watersliding on a per hour basis regardless of the time of the day. We do this because we feel that 1 hour is never enough for guests to get the most enjoyment from the Waterslides.

- Do spectators have to pay?
-
Spectators, such as parents or supervisors, can enter for free as it is a user-pays-system. Unlike other attraction parks, we welcome spectators to enjoy The Great Escape's ideal location on the harbour front for free.

- What is a user-pays-system?
-
Patrons will only be charged to use the attractions that they choose and not charged to enter the park. For example, if a patron chooses to waterslide, they are charged only for the waterslides.

- How long is a session on the Trampolines?

- Can I bring my own food?

Yes due to our open park policy we allow people to bring their own food. However we do prefer that you do not bring food bought from other outlets into the park as we have a food service available. Alcohol is strictly forbidden unless previously arranged for group bookings.

- Where can I buy food?

The Beach Club Cafe offers an extensive range of food with on-the-go-snacks for hungry children and for the more discerning taste buds, we also have substantial lunches and tasty refreshments. Our café can also cater for group functions, with food ranging from BBQs to cocktail food platters.

- Is it ok to leave children in the park unsupervised?
-
No. All children must be supervised by an adult. Although we certainly do our very best to monitor the park and attractions, we are not able to supervise children at all times
